Mendel Kit

This kit contains all that you need, to make a fully working Mendel 3D printer (build size 20 x 20 x 14cm) excluding the printed plastic parts.

This kit comes standard with additional items such as: kapton tapes, heated bed for ABS & PLA, power supply, usb cable, few mtr PLA, etc to make sure its a complete kit (excluding printed plastic parts).

This complete Mendel kit excluding printed plastic parts, contains :

• Generation 6 Electronics - incl opto's on correct cable lengths with molex connectors and high temp cable for connecting heater and thermistor
• All hardware cut - steel 8.8 (bearings, belts, bars, studding & bolts, nuts and washers)
• All thick & thin sheets for Mendel including Gen6 electronics & heated bed (6mm POM electronics sheet, 4mm Alu frog and purge plate, 5mm pre-drilled printbed and 1mm Alu thin sheet (opto-flags))
• Motor set of 4 - including correct cable lengths and molex connectors (plug and play with Gen6 electronics)
• Semi-Profi printed belt pullies
• Semi-Profi printed Z-axis-opto spring + z-optobracket
• Semi-Profi printed Z-driven-pullies
• Semi-Profi printed Z-manual adjust knob
• M4 brass insert piece v2 - for direct drive on motorshaft (5mm inner hole)
• Hot end v9 partially pre-assembled, including heaterblock, thermistor, heat resistor, 4mm Alu sheet for v9 - base & motor holder, fan, cabling, etc
• Silicone sealant upto 300C - 75ml (for placing thermistor in Alu block)
• Kapton tape 15mm (Insulation of thermistor legs)
• Kapton tape 50mm (To print on)
• High temp heatshrink - diameter 2.4mm - length 20cm (connecting heater and thermistor cables)
• Uninsulated bootlace ferrules - 10pc 1.0mm² & 10pc 0.5mm² (connecting heater and thermistor cables)
• 2 x SET of 4 steel comp springs 28.5L x 9mm dia (4 for extruder + 4 for printbed)
• Set of 4 Heater blocks 4 x 1.0 Ohm (for heated printbed)
• Cooling paste upto 150C - 3grams (to use in between printbed and heater blocks)
• PTFE 1mm sheet 25 x 70mm (8pc 12,5x12,5mm (above and under springs of printbed for insulation) and 2x10x25mm to connect cables/use as strain-relief)
• Power Supply 60W 5-12V 110-240V + extension cable (power Gen6 @ 12V)
• Power Supply 90W 12-22V for heated bed (ABS & PLA)
